AMP2018 – Important dates

• Start abstract submission : December 01, 2017
• Deadline for abstract submission (oral) : February 23, 2018
• Deadline for abstract submission (Poster) : April 30, 2018
• Response for acceptance : March 23, 2018

Registration fees

• Delegate                 550€

• PhD Student         350€

• Accompagnant     150€

Paid registrations until May 1st include the excursion and gala dinner to the « Parc du Futuroscope » on the afternoon and evening of June 7, 2018.

Registrations after May 1st will no longer ensure you a place for the excursion and gala dinner.

Payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR, using one of the following method: 

1. Credit card. 

For payment by credit card, please use the online payment site.

2. Bank transfer.

For payment by bank transfer, bank details to address the transfer can be found here. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges.
